We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) that places young people and emerging creatives at the centre of everything we do. We work closely with schools, parents, local authorities, education providers, and industry partners to support young people in overcoming the personal, social, and structural barriers that can limit their access to opportunity—particularly within the creative industries.

We benefit the community by providing creative platforms and experiences that allow young people, particularly those who face barriers to creativity and employment to gain the skills and confidence necessary to pursue their endeavours. Our comprehensive development programmes allow young people to become employable, confident and well-rounded across multiple creative practices.
